My name is David Tondi. I’m in the business of sound, one note at a time.
It all started when Theo Wanne refaced a mouthpiece for me. I noticed an amazing difference in the mouthpiece in terms of play-ability. It was like butter- the notes came pouring out with Pop.
Theo graciously took me under his wing and trained me in the art refacing.
Over many years now, I have mastered how to listen and understand what my clients want from their mouthpieces. I make them play better, using refacing techniques to help my client reach there musical Goals.
I enjoy doing all facets of mouthpiece work, customizing, repair, and refacing. I've learned from my clients, represented by many of the highest tier players in the world. My clients demand the highest quality workmanship and I'm happy to deliver. My commitment to customer satisfaction and my passion for perfectly crafted mouthpieces keeps me in the business of sound, one note at a time.
